This document shall be deemed a legally binding agreement between Rohan School of Music (“RSM”) (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“user”, “you”, “your”).
1.2 Rohan School of Music provides a dynamic online teaching platform offering unique one-on-one sessions by professional faculty, with specialization in performance and music theory. We also provide a range of courses in Western classical music catering to different proficiency levels and preferences.
1.3 This document defines your legal rights, duties, and obligations, including but not limited to governing jurisdiction, dispute resolution, notices, and other clauses stipulated herein.
1.4 IT WILL BE DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STIPULATED HEREIN AND HAVE GIVEN YOUR CONSENT TO THE SAME. THIS WEBSITE SHALL BE USED BY YOU IN STRICT INTERPRETATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 Document: Means this detailed outline of Terms & Conditions laid down on www.rohanschoolofmusic.com, including amendments, supplements, variations, or replacements made from time to time.
2.2 SNS: Stands for Social Networking Sites such as, but not limited to, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.
2.3 Material: Means text, graphics, music, audio, video, and other content.
2.4 Course(s): Includes services offered by RSM, including but not limited to Piano, Violin, and Keyboard.
2.5 Instructor(s): A guide responsible for guidance, mentorship, and your overall development in the enrolled course.
2.6 Enrollment Fee: One-time payment made by the user at the time of availing services from RSM.
3. LANGUAGE
The language in which this document is constructed is English.
4. ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP
4.1 Use of the Website is available only to persons who can enter into legally binding contracts as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons deemed “incompetent to contract,” including minors, undischarged insolvents, and persons of unsound mind, are not eligible.
Any person under eighteen (18) years shall not register or transact on the Website. A minor may use the Website only through a legal guardian or parent.
4.2 RSM reserves the right to terminate membership or refuse access if a user is found ineligible. The Website shall not be available to suspended or terminated members.
5. SERVICES
5.1 The instructor shall undertake online classes as scheduled.
5.2 Classes will generally be 45 minutes to 1 hour, which may be modified with mutual consent.
5.3 RSM offers courses in Piano, Violin, and Keyboard, classified into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
6. REGISTRATION
6.1 To avail services, you must register via the “Contact Us” section.
6.2 Registration is voluntary.
6.3 You represent that information provided is true, current, and accurate. RSM is not obligated to verify information.

6.4 RSM may suspend or terminate services if information is false or misleading.
6.5 Requests to modify information must be communicated to RSM.
7. PAYMENT
7.1 Payments shall be made via Payment Gateway, Bank Transfer, or UPI.
7.2 Enrollment Fee and Session Fee are covered under payments.
7.3 RSM is not liable for third-party payment failures.
7.4 RSM is not liable for privacy breaches by third parties.
7.5 RSM reserves the right to change payment providers.
8. NO REFUND
8.1 Payments are non-refundable.
8.2 No refund claims shall be entertained.
9. NON-SOLICITATION
Users shall not directly or indirectly solicit instructors during service tenure and for six (6) months after termination.
10. COMMUNICATION
10.1 Users are advised not to share personal contact details publicly.
10.2 RSM is not liable for private communications.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared by RSM is confidential. Breach may result in legal action.
12. USER COVENANTS
Users agree not to:

13. REVIEW & FEEDBACK
Feedback becomes RSM property. Users must not post unlawful or harmful content.
14. TERMINATION
Services may be terminated by user or RSM. Terms protecting RSM survive termination.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials belong to RSM or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
16. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
Claims must be sent to staytunedwithrsm@gmail.com with credible proof.
False claims may attract legal consequences.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify RSM against claims arising from user actions or breaches.
18. AMENDMENT
RSM may modify Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
19. SEVERABILITY
Invalidity of one clause shall not affect others.
20. WAIVER
Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Services may terminate automatically due to Acts of God.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither party is liable for consequential or indirect damages.
23. NON-PUBLICITY
Parties agree not to disclose agreement details except as required by law.
24. JURISDICTION
Courts with territorial jurisdiction over RSM and/or the High Court at Calcutta shall have jurisdiction.
25. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall be resolved via:
