Shortlist & Screening Call
If your application matches an open role, you get a 20-minute screening call with our academic team. We assess fit, discuss your teaching philosophy, and answer your questions about the role, schedule, and earnings.

Skill Audition & Teaching Simulation
A 45-minute live audition — half musical demonstration, half teaching simulation with a real RSM student. This is where most candidates filter out. We're looking for both musical ability AND the ability to teach what you know to someone who doesn't know it yet.

Onboarding & Curriculum Certification
If selected, you complete our 2-week onboarding — POCSO certification, RSM curriculum walk-through, LMS training, parent-communication protocols, and a final teaching-simulation review with one of our Lead Faculty.

Start Teaching
You're assigned your first batch of students — calibrated to your tier and availability. Your first 6 months are mentored by a Senior Faculty. After that, you're operating independently with full institutional support.
